Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please call our offices between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Sick Visits - Please call to schedule an appointment before coming to the office. Our physicians have set aside appointments every day for urgent office visits, and we make every effort to see sick patients on the same day. If needed, we will schedule an appointment for a "work-in" to try and better manage patient flow and decrease waiting time.
Routine Appointments - These are for non-urgent, chronic medical conditions, follow-up visits, and medication refills. Please call a week in advance to get the appointment you prefer with your regular healthcare provider. We recommend you make your next follow-up appointment before you leave the office. Also, try to make arrangements to have any lab test completed prior to your visit.
Cancellations - Please call 24 hours in advance if you must cancel an appointment, so we can open the schedule for other patients who wish to be seen. We reserve the right to charge $25.00 for "no-show" appointments.
New Patients - Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to complete our registration forms. You may also download our registration forms in advance, fill them out, and bring them with you when you come for your appointment.
